The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached (tag must not be altered in anyway).
Please note that every eternity band is made to order and CANNOT be resized. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will help you finalize the exact size that needs to be made. All custom pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged, that includes pieces with engravings and custom sizes.
You will be refunded your full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back to our office and passes our inspection.
